For your convenience you now can make a service request on-line. Please keep in mind that we are a small shop and do not have technicians standing by waiting for work. We may ask that you come by the shop so that we can do a preliminary diagnosis and have parts available on your scheduled date. We will confirm your appointment (preferably by e-mail) prior to your visit, and will do our best to accommodate your preferred day of the week. Note due to popularity we sometimes are scheduling new appointments as much as 9 days out unless it is an emergency and we will do our best to work you in. For quotes click on the Contact Us/Quotes tab at the top. Note a real quote and a real number can not really be determined without the car here and a technician looking at your car doing tests. We have been burned going off diagnoses from the dealer or your friend from church who had the same thing happen on their VW. Any number we give you without the car is going to be just a guess.

We are located on the site of the Truett Ray's family's home and the Ray family dairy in between Raleigh and Durham . The cows have been gone since the 1980's, but we have converted many of the outbuilding for the purpose of car repair.
